Terms of service

1 · Who you’re buying from

Atlas Academy, an independent publisher of digital guides, sold worldwide. For anything at all — orders, refunds, complaints, or a question before you buy — write to hello@getatlasacademy.com. A human reads and answers everything.

2 · What we sell

Digital educational products — PDF guides you download and keep. One-time purchase, no subscription. “Free lifetime updates” means every future edition of a product you bought is sent to you at no cost, for as long as we publish that product.

2b · Atlas All-Access

All-Access includes every guide in the catalogue today plus every new guide Atlas Academy releases in the future, delivered free to your purchase email the day it ships, for as long as Atlas Academy actively publishes. If we ever stop publishing new guides, you keep everything already delivered — forever — and the lifetime-updates promise in §2 continues to apply to it. All-Access covers our own published guides; it does not cover services, personalised work, or third-party products.

3 · Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Stripe may display your local currency at checkout; the euro amount is the one charged. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never receive, see or store your card details. Your official payment receipt comes from Stripe; our confirmation email is separate.

4 · Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate: download links arrive by email within minutes of a successful payment. Links are signed and valid for 7 days — if yours expires, reply to the email and we send fresh ones. Buying once means access for life, including every future edition of what you bought.

5 · Right of withdrawal — and the waiver

EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost only if you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge losing it — the checkbox at checkout asks for exactly that agreement before payment (art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive). If there is ever any doubt about your agreement, we resolve it in your favour.

If you did not tick that box, or you have not yet downloaded anything, write to us within 14 days and we will refund you.

6 · If something is wrong with it

Waiving withdrawal does not waive your statutory rights. Under the EU Digital Content Directive you are entitled to content that matches its description and works as it should. If a file is corrupt, incomplete, materially not as described, or simply won’t open, tell us and we will repair or replace it — and if we can’t do either within a reasonable time, you get your money back. This applies for two years from purchase and costs you nothing.

7 · Licence — what you may and may not do

You may: read it, print a copy for yourself, apply everything you learn commercially, and run the prompts in your own work and for your own clients.

You may not: resell, redistribute, republish, share, upload, translate or repackage the products themselves, in whole or in part, free or paid. One purchase is one person. Copyright in the guides stays with us.

8 · Education only — risk disclosure

Everything we publish is educational material. It is not financial, investment, trading, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it is not a personal recommendation. We are not a licensed or regulated financial adviser, broker or investment firm, and nothing here is regulated advice.

Trading and investing carry substantial risk of loss. The majority of retail traders lose money. You can lose more than you expect and, with leveraged products, more than you deposit. Past performance — anyone’s — never predicts future results. Illustrations, examples, figures and scenarios in our material are exactly that: illustrations. They are not forecasts, promises or typical results.

No income promise. We do not guarantee earnings of any kind. What you get from the material depends on your effort, your skill, your circumstances and factors outside anyone’s control. Anyone who guarantees you an income is not being honest with you.

Never risk money you cannot afford to lose. If you are unsure, speak to a qualified, independent, regulated professional in your own country before acting.

9 · Complaints and disputes

Something wrong? Email hello@getatlasacademy.com. We acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve within 14. Tell us what you bought, when, and what went wrong — a human reads it.

If we can’t agree, EU consumers may take the matter to the competent court, or use an alternative dispute-resolution body available in their country. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

10 · Liability

We are liable for direct damage caused by our own intent or gross negligence, and for anything mandatory consumer law makes us liable for. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including trading losses, lost profits or lost opportunity — arising from decisions you make after reading our material.

11 · Availability

We aim to keep the site and downloads available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If we ever discontinue a product, everyone who bought it keeps their files and any editions already published.

12 · Governing law

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country of residence.
